The sculptures really seemed to need only a proper setting to evoke the final scene from 'The Legend of Sleepy Hollow'. I selected both figures separately and then adjusted their positions slightly for greater effect. I desaturated a duplicate layer, adding back the jack-o'-lantern in color and increasing its interior light somewhat. I found a stock photo of a covered bridge and, after desaturating it and moving the trees, used it as a background. The moon is a brush. The overall look is the poster edges filter.
